Sometimes life can be tough or messy and it helps to talk. I offer Counselling and Psychotherapy to individuals who want to explore the way they are feeling and want to feel better. Examples of issues I can work with are relationships, with yourself and others, about work, current crises, health problems, pregnancy, parenting and caring, repetitive behaviour, bereavement and loss, stress, anxiety and depression.
My approach is to work in partnership with you, to reflect on the past and how it is affecting the present. To think about what might of happened rather than what is wrong. I work relationally, meaning we will have discussions and collaborate together.
