UTI Tea
A blend of six herbs combining soothing and anti-inflammatory actions, traditionally combined to help with mild urinary tract infections.
- Marshmallow Leaf (Althaea officinalis)
- Uva Ursi (Arcostaphylos uva-ursi)
- Goldenrod (Solidago vigaurea)
- Cornsilk (Zea mays)
- Boldo (Peumus boldus)
- Couch Grass (Agropyron repens)
Make a large pot of tea, one heaped teaspoon per cup, and drink throughout the day. Can be drunk hot or cold. This is a soothing tea ttraditionlly used to help with the symptoms of mild urinary tract infections.
If symptoms are acute, involving localised pain or fever, seek medical help.
