Swedish Bitters
A must have traditional blend of eleven aromatic herbs to help with digestion, absorption of nutrients and clarity of mind and body.
Swedish bitters have a long history of use as a general tonic for all round health, with specific focus on digestive function and nutrition. Ingredients: Alcohol 30%, Camphor, Saffron, Senna, Manna, Myrrh, Zedoary, Angelica, Cinnamon, Wormwood, Calamus, Valerian, Cardamom, Rhubarb and Carline Thistle.
Take one teaspoon either neat or diluted in some water and sip before eating. Use up to three times a day.
Do not use if you have gastric or duodenal ulcers, hyperacidity, ileus and renal disorders, porphoria, epilepsy and seek advice before taking if you have any gall bladdder or bile duct complaints.
Not suitable for children under 12yrs.
Allergy to myrrh has been documented and those with dermatitis may be sensitive to it, although this is rare. Persons with sensitivity to the Compositae plant family should avoid wormwood.
