Second Spring is a woman’s tonic containing herbs traditionally used to increase libido and vitality at any stage of life. Use this simple combination of muira puama and damiana on a daily basis to help rise the sap and blossom!

- Muira Puama (Ptychopetalum olacoides)
- Damiana (Turnera difusa)
- water
- alcohol
Max Dose: 5mls (1 teaspoon) in water twice daily.
Not suitable in pregnancy, breastfeeding, for children, or if you are unwell, have health concerns or an ongoing illness. Please get in touch for an alternative blend.
Avoid alongside Yohimbe, this combination can be very toxic (muira puama).
