Sage Compound is a blend of herbs traditionally used to ease menopause symptoms such as hot flushes, low mood, anxiety, brain fog and sleep difficulties. This compound includes oestrogenic herbs to smooth this natural hormonal transition, alongside cooling, calming and uplifting herbs to support you along the way.
Though we understand every woman’s experience of the menopause is personal and unique, we have found this to be a fantastic blend for many of our regular patients over many years. However one of the great benefits of herbal medicine is the scope to tailor treatment entirely around the needs of the individual. If you have any specific questions or needs, if you have tried this blend but are seeking additional support or if you are taking any medication listed in the cautions tab, please get in touch and we can advise on the best option for you.
To learn more about the herbs we have selected for this blend, check out the ingredients tab above.
