Reviver ()

Reviver, a blend of adaptogenic herbs traditionally used to help in times of emotional and physical stress, to recover from illness and increase general resilience.  Take this blend daily to give yourself a helping hand through a demanding time or during convalescence. These tonic herbs are traditionally used to gently restore your vitality over a period of time, give them a week or two to build up in effect.

If you have any specific questions or needs, or if you are taking any medication listed in the cautions tab, please get in touch and we can advise on the best option for you. To learn more about the herbs we have selected for this blend, check out the ingredients tab above.

Adult dose: take 5ml 3 times per day after food.

If you feel this blend is not suitable for you, please get in touch and we will recommend an alternative or make a bespoke blend at no extra cost.

When using in cases of exhaustion, consider and try to remove initial cause of exhaustion rather than simply symtomatic relief. In cases of chronic fatigue syndrome, please get in touch for personalised support.

Avoid taking just before bed (rhodiola, siberian ginseng).

Avoid during pregnancy (schisandra, siberian ginseng, gotu kola). Avoid during breastfeeding (siberian ginseng).

Avoid in states of agitated depression (rhodiola), with high blood pressure, sleep apnoea, narcolepsy, mental illness, heart disease, a compromised immune system, chronic fatigue (siberian ginseng) and during acute fevers (schisandra). Avoid during acute infections without professional advice (siberian ginseng). Use with caution alongside cholestasis and sensitive digestion (gotu kola).

Individuals taking digoxin or hexobarbital may suffer adverse reactions; seek advice before taking (siberian ginseng).
