Liquorice Root
Valerian Root

Take 5ml (one teaspoon) when needed up to 5 times per day. Often works well when diluted with water.

Valeriana officianalis (Valerian Root) : Valerian is an anxiolytic (reduces anxiety), and it acts on the vagus nerve which stimulates the parasympathetic nervous system responsible for relaxation and restoration of normal digestive function.
