Male Vitality is a man’s tonic containing herbs traditionally used to increase libido and vitality at any stage of life. Use this blend on a regular basis to gradually reduce stress, build strength and improve energy.

- Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera)
- He Shou Wu (Polygonum multiflorum)
- Puncture Vine (Tibulus terestris)
- Horny Goat Weed (Epimedium grandiflorum)
- Damiana (Turnera difusa)
- water
- alcohol
5 mls (one teaspoon) in water twice daily.

Avoid if you have an allergy or are sensitive to members of the tomato family (ashwagandha). Avoid if you have an overactive thyroid (ashwagandha).
Can have a laxative effect if used to excess or with people prone to diarrhoea (he shou wu). Should not be taken in combination with hepatotoxic drugs such as paracetemol (he shou wu).
Not advisable in pregnancy, breastfeeding, diabetes and benign prostatic hyperplasia (puncture vine and daminana).
