Adaptogenic Broth Herbs
A very special blend with Siberian ginseng, Milk vetch, and Ashwagandha. Take the time to make a broth with these herbs for increased energy and resistance. Taken regularly it can help you cope better with emotional and physical stress.
Siberian Ginseng (Eleutherococcus senticosus); MilkVetch (Astragalus membrenaceous); Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera)
This combination of adaptogenic herbs works really well when included in a bone or vegetable based broth. For best results cook for a long time with the broth on a slow cooker or equivalent for up to 12 hours. Strain off and enjoy as a delicious warming drink or use the broth as a stock. The broth will keep in the fridge for up to 5 days. 50g is enough to make at least 2 litres of stock.
